Grab your pup and head to Downtown Hampton for the Peninsula SPCA’s 20th annual Barktoberfest, a fall festival packed with live music, local craft beer, food trucks, vendors, adoptable animals and plenty of dog-friendly fun! 🐾🍂

There’s plenty of fun to enjoy at Barktoberfest, but the mission behind the event is the best reason to head to Mill Point Park. Every dollar raised helps the Peninsula SPCA care for animals in need and continue its lifesaving work throughout the community.

Dogs can join in activities including bobbing for tennis balls and a cake walk, while their humans can enjoy live music from Calculated Khaos and Relix, the Bow Wow Beer Garden and local food trucks.

Don't forget the costume! The popular Pets Only and Pets & People costume contests offer cash prizes for first through third place in each category. Fall-themed portraits for pets and people will also be available to celebrate Barktoberfest's 20th anniversary.
